Harazi coffee is grown in the highlands of the Haraz mountain region, at an altitude of 1600-2450 meters above sea level, where the temperature is moderate and the humidity is low.
This is one of the most important factors of its quality, in addition to the quality of the water used to irrigate the coffee trees, as it relies on rain water, water barriers, and sources from the peaks of the mountain highlands, which have a balanced mineral composition and a sweet taste that gives the coffee fruits a unique taste.
