Hiwari Coffee :
Hiwari coffee is grown in the Hawar region – Ibb Governorate, and it is grown on mountain terraces and valleys at an altitude of 1500-1800 meters above sea level. Farmers depend on irrigation of coffee trees from rain water – water reservoirs and wells.
